🌞 HEAT ALERT: STAY SAFE AND STAY HYDRATED

The weather is heating up across Victoria, and extreme heat can be dangerous, especially for young children, older adults, and those with ongoing health conditions.

💧 Stay safe by:

Drinking plenty of water, even if you don’t feel thirsty.

Keeping cool indoors or in the shade.

Wearing light, loose clothing and a hat when outside.

Checking in on neighbours, family, and friends.

If you feel unwell from the heat, dizzy, faint, or unusually tired contact your local GP!

🌟New Years Eve/Day update 🌟

Our GP clinic is open today and tomorrow, and we still have appointments available on the 31st (tomorrow) get in quick before your NYE plans!

Please note we’ll be closed on the 1st and 2nd of January, and back to our normal hours after that!!

Highton General Practice will be closed on the following dates:

Christmas Day – Thursday, 25 December

Boxing Day – Friday, 26 December

New Year’s Day – Thursday, 1 January

Friday, 2 January
