nancy, please contact your health care provider. I will always try to obtain the best images possible, however there are many factors than can affect the quality of the images. Occasionally the position of the baby, hands or cord near face, gestational age of the fetus, placenta location and the amount of fluid around the baby can restrict our view. If we are unable to obtain pictures of baby’s face on the day we can reschedule at no extra charge.
