A castle fit for a Queen… a Calm Queen! Let’s be real.. emotional regulation strategies can be boring to learn about and often kids are spending many therapy sessions focussing on regulation strategies. We find kids learn best when the experience is novel and supports their interests. Following the interests of our clients we have created a series of activities focussed around regulation strategies for calm Queens 👑👸🏻Next steps: create mini barbie sized crowns for our barbie Queens as we brainstorm ways to be calm queens ✨

Jasmine is a psychologist and advanced behaviour support practitioner who provides trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and play-based supports for children, adolescents, and families.

Jasmine supports a broad range of presentations including ADHD, autism, PDA profiles, anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation challenges, as well as school-based and family relationship concerns. Her approach focuses on understanding behaviour through the lens of the nervous system, relationships, and environment.

Alongside therapy, Jasmine provides Positive Behaviour Support services, including Specialist Behaviour Support, Behavioural Needs Assessments, and funding review recommendations under the NDIS. She accepts referrals through NDIS, Medicare, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and private pathways.

We are so excited to share that for the first time in over two years our Director, Jasmine Yardley, is opening her books and welcoming both returning and new clients seeking trauma-informed, play-based, and neuro-affirming therapeutic supports. Open to Medicare, NDIS, EAP and private referrals

🩵 For those who don’t know Jasmine:
Jasmine is a local psychologist and the founder of Psychsense Therapeutic Services - opening the doors as a solo practitioner back in 2021! She was a finalist in the 2025 Young Health Professional of the Year Awards for her innovation and commitment to improving access to mental health care in regional WA.

Jasmine works from a neuroaffirming & trauma informed approach supporting children, teens & families. Her goal is to make therapy accessible for everyone and prides herself on her innovative and creative approaches to therapy. Whether it be shooting hoops while chatting, using nerf guns during therapy or learning about brains through gaming - her goal is to provide therapy thats tailored to each individual client.

🌸 Girls Xpress: Crafting Your Identity 🌸

This school holidays, we’re running a 4-part creative workshop series designed especially for girls aged 7–16. Together we’ll blend craft, conversation, and connection to explore identity, self-expression, and wellbeing.

Explore the “hats” we put on to fit in with others. Through decorating your own hat, you’ll learn about masking, why we sometimes do it, and what it feels like to take the hat off and just be yourself.

Design your own pair of sunglasses while discovering how they can be more than just style — they can act as a shield against sensory overload. Together we’ll explore other tools that help prevent burnout and protect your energy.

📿 Charm Your Calm

Create a bracelet filled with charms that each represent a rest or recharge strategy that works for you — like nature, music, or quiet time. By the end, you’ll have a wearable toolkit of personal regulation strategies to take home.

🪞Mirror, Mirror

Decorate your mirror and practice affirmations that reflect your authentic self. This session celebrates identity, reminding you that you deserve to be seen and valued exactly as you are.
