We are so excited to share 'Beyond Beats Volume 1' with our BB community ✨️

This Saturday our performers will be showcasing all the skills they have been working on this year in a fun, relaxed, informal showcase at the studio 🎊
We are so very proud of their commitment this year and we are looking forward to celebrating each and every one of our dancers 💚

🌟 Festival of Lights 2025 🌟

Some of our Beyond Beats dancers performed at the Festival of Lights this weekend ✨️
What an absolute joy it was seeing our dancers up on stage in front of our community 🥰 They did us all so very very proud 👏

When a dancer performs on a stage in front of an audience there are so many lessons along the way 💫 Some of these are working through nerves, encouraging and supporting friends, last minute run throughs backstage, trusting people in our wider support networks and even a last minute inner conversation of 'I can do this!' 🤩

Our dancers gain so much from performing on stage and we are so excited for what's in store in 2026! We have some pretty big plans up our sleeves but we are sure our dancers will be excited to step up to the challenge 💃

💃 Dancing = Therapy disguised as fun 💃

At Beyond Beats we focus on developing the whole self 💚 Something we work on every week (in lots of different, fun ways) is balance and spatial awareness. These are lifelong skills that are just two of the many benefits of dance and movement classes 🌟

We are even more excited this term because we have set the date for our very first Beyond Beats end of year showcase 💃
