Hellooooooo beautiful souls… Ahhhh I have missed this space! 💛

If you have followed me on this page for a while, you have probably witnessed so many chapters of my journey, from party plan beginnings to network marketing, to coaching and conscious business.
And after almost 3 years of nothing here on this page… I’m finally back... and here is why its been crickets...

This page was deactivated after someone stole my identity (yes… that really happened 😅) and for a long time, I wasn’t sure if I would ever get it back. But as the universe would have it, I have just been given the page back and I’m taking it as a sign.

A sign that the work I do, helping women return to themselves through self-care, energy alignment, and soulful strategy, is needed more than ever.
A sign that you might just be ready for this next era, too.

You know when you don’t f**k around with breaking promises on yourself all the time….you show up differently.

Your energy is different…you are starting to vibrate at a higher frequency.

Those shifts start to happen you know, like those limiting beliefs that you are holding onto well they start to melt away to puddles instead of hard heavy boulders.

Well thats how I visualize them shifting when I am doing my self care rituals & practices… the melting puddles that I can just step over instead of the giant boulders I have to just drag around all the time that are in my way to where I want to go. 🪨👊🏻

I held onto those boulder size 😳 limiting beliefs for sooooo long by breaking promise after promise on myself for others (helllllooooo people pleaser 🤦🏼‍♀️)…. & geez do they hold you down, that energy is draining, fatiguing and just bloody exhausting.

I only did it because I think im keeping myself “safe”… safe from what?

From not feeling different, from not standing out, for fear of rejection, for saying no to someone, for not doing something outside of the box, for that feeling of being in control hmmmm yup all those and more 😳

Makes no sense when I read this out aloud back to myself to think I used to think this way but thats how I felt when I held onto those boulders of limiting beliefs….

But when I free myself from them by NOT breaking promises to myself, setting boundaries & sticking to them, trusting myself and let go of that “control & fear” lean further into expansion & start taking action consistently the universe can start to match my energy and that my friends is when you can drop those boulders of weight you have been draggging around for way to long & not look back.

That is real self care, I am here for it are you?

On my way to my New Moon Sister Circle last night I was stopped by the sight of the most beautiful rainbow emerging from the clouds… of course taking a photo did it no justice what so ever….in my eyes it was so full and bright 🌈

Also did you see my post yesterday about the intension I set and put the paper under my Moon water? Ummmm check out the card I chose 🤯 blows my mind every time especially when its just soooo on point!!

We made beautiful kokedama planters and put our spring intensions to paper and planted them inside 🌼✨
