1. Holiday Decorating Safety: Make sure decorations don’t become a tripping hazard as fallen ornaments or festive lighting cords can lead to a loss of balance.

2. Manage Holiday Stress: The holiday season can be a busy time so pace yourself and don’t be afraid to ask for help when needed or delegate tasks to ease your load!

3. Healthy Holiday Eating: It may be tempting to indulge however it’s important to maintain a balanced diet and stay well hydrated, especially during warmer weather.

4. Monitor Medications: Make sure you have enough medication to get through the holiday period and remember to stay on track with your usual medication schedule.

✅ Prepare Your Home: Ensure that your air conditioning or fans are clean and functioning properly to keep your living space cool. During the hottest parts of the day, close curtains or blinds to help maintain a comfortable temperature.
✅Check Your Health: Schedule regular health check-ups with your doctor, especially if you have chronic conditions. Discuss any medications you take that may increase sensitivity to light or heat.
