Lymphatic drainage treatment includes a compression treatment. Today I feel bloated after lunch so I'm using a wrap around my underarm to my lower hips. It's hard not to fall asleep.😞

Moving my lymph system daily. Just 5 minutes of rebounding a day gets my body feeling amazing. Getting my lymph system moving requires work as we age.
