💼 About the Role
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients - making them feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll keep things running smoothly by managing bookings, answering enquiries, supporting the day-to-day flow of the clinic, and assisting our dietitians and directors.
This role is part time, 23 hours per week:
• Monday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
• Tuesday – Friday: 8:30am – 1:00pm
You’ll be working alongside another Receptionist who covers the afternoon shift. A key part of your role will be ensuring a smooth handover at the end of each shift, so communication and organisation are essential.
📝 Key Responsibilities
• Manage the reception desk with professionalism and warmth
• Provide administrative support to dietitians and directors
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings
• Process payments, funding subsidies, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation using our practice system
• Complete a clear and organised handover to the afternoon Receptionist each day
• Support social media content creation and posting (as directed)
• Assist with group programs, events, and clinic activities
• Keep the clinic tidy, stocked, and welcoming for all clients
• Operate our InBody body composition scanner (training provided)

• Have experience in customer service, reception, or health-related roles (preferred, but not essential)
