Some lessons stay with you.
Years ago, I participated in a Peak Performance Coaching Program through my work with a truly inspiring employer. At the time, I couldn’t have known how often I’d call on the learnings. Through career challenges, personal hurdles, and moments where I’ve needed clarity, I’ve pulled it back out, again and again.
