Reiki:
Reiki is a vibration energy technique that balances, harmonizes and restores our energy systems. Its a laying on of hands in certain positions and as Reiki has its own intelligence the energy will go wherever it is needed and also provide what is needed at that particular time. Access Bars:
Access Bars consists of 32 points on the head that i place my fingers on, and this is where you have stored all your thoughts, beliefs, considerations, emotions and attitudes that you had thought were important in your life. Genome Healing:
Genome Healing is being able to clear negative energies surrounding your organs, chakras and your internal systems. Everything is energy in motion and constantly changing and by the power of our consciousness we see and feel the desired outcome to bring it into physical reality. Reiki, Access Bars & Genome Healing also helps with depression, anxiety and thought patterns which could lead to suicidal tendencies.
