In this 6 week series we will use yoga, both slow flowing and longer restorative poses, breathwork and lying down meditation. It's a period of introspection, renewal and the beginning of the return of light.

Yoga is my passion and I am so happy to have this space to share in my offerings with you.
I specialise in Vinyasa yoga, pre and postnatal yoga, yin yoga, chakra yoga, meditation yoga, and I’m blessed that I can continue to deliver my classes and courses online, live streamed and pre-recorded, during this unprecedented time in our history.
I’ve been practicing and teaching for many years. I was initially drawn to yoga for health reasons in my early ‘20s, and now, having travelled the world, learning and teaching under incredible mentors, and sharing in practice daily with my beautiful students, I just couldn’t imagine my life without it.
In my repetoire, I’m an experienced Yoga Teacher ERYT® 500, Yoga Teacher Trainer (RYS® 500 + YACEP®), Yoga Australia Senior Registered Teacher and Mentor.
I’m also an experienced Meditation Teacher having studied with Swami Muktananda in the Satyananda tradition since 1998. I also hold an advanced certificate in Meditation from ACHS.
Thank you for sharing your precious time on your mat with me, as I, too, practise on mine, and hold the high intention to connect more deeply to our true selves, finding peace and ease in our daily lives.
