I am a SIRA approved physiotherapist -
This means I’m able to treat clients with workplace injuries under the NSW workers compensation scheme.

If you’ve been injured at work, physio can play a really important role in helping you:
• Reduce pain and improve movement
• Build strength and confidence again
• Safely return to work duties
• Navigate recovery with the right support

I work closely with your GP, employer, and case manager to make sure your rehab is smooth, supported, and goal-focused.
Work injuries can feel stressful and overwhelming — but you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

If you’ve recently been injured at work, or aren’t sure what your next steps are, feel free to reach out.

Physio is not just for injuries or pain!
Sometimes it’s just a feeling that your child is finding certain things a little harder than they should be.
That might look like struggling with running or jumping, feeling a bit clumsy, tiring easily, or not quite keeping up with their peers.

This is where physio can really help.
I work with kids through NDIS and private appointments, supporting things like:
• Coordination and gross motor skills
• Strength and balance
• Confidence with movement
• Posture and core control
• Participation in sport, school, and everyday play
Sessions are always tailored to your child, and designed to feel fun, supportive, and pressure-free — because kids learn best when they’re enjoying themselves.

If you’ve ever had that little thought of “maybe I should get this checked”, you’re more than welcome to reach out.

Did you know physios can help manage and treat headaches and migraines?

Many headaches are linked to things like neck tension, joint stiffness, posture, and muscle overload – not just “stress” or needing medication.

Physiotherapy can help by:
• Reducing neck and shoulder tension
• Improving joint movement and posture
• Addressing triggers and contributing factors
• Giving you simple strategies to manage symptoms long-term

If headaches are something you deal with regularly, you don’t have to just put up with them.

Pregnancy comes with a lot of advice — and not all of it is evidence-based.

You do not automatically need to stop lifting.
You do not automatically need to avoid core work.
And training is not “bad” for your pelvic floor.

For women with a low-risk pregnancy who were strength training prior to pregnancy, smart, structured training can help maintain strength, confidence, and capacity throughout pregnancy.

Pregnancy is the season to train intelligently.

If you’re unsure what that looks like for you, that’s where guidance comes in.

Appointments available. Link in bio.

Ever been told weightlifting will damage your pelvic floor?

That’s a myth.

Your pelvic floor is muscle.
Muscle adapts to load.

Appropriate strength training can be protective — when load, breath, technique and individual capacity are considered.

If you’re leaking, feeling heaviness, or avoiding lifting because you’re unsure — you don’t necessarily need to stop.

You may just need guidance.

National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, the theme this year is “Everybody Belongs”. An important reminder that eating disorders do not discriminate.

As a physiotherapist, I work with gymnasts, equestrians, elite athletes, adolescents, and adults — both male and female.
Across all sports and all levels, I’ve seen how eating disorders and low energy availability can quietly impact physical health.

Eating disorders and RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport) don’t just affect weight or performance.
They affect hormones, bone health, muscle recovery, coordination, pelvic floor function, and injury risk.

Sometimes what presents in a physio clinic looks like:
• recurrent stress injuries
• persistent fatigue
• delayed recovery
• unexplained pain
• changes in bladder or pelvic health

It is important to acknowledge that physical and mental health are deeply connected — especially in high-performing environments.

Everyone deserves care that sees the whole person, not just the injury.

If you or someone you know needs support, organisations like the Butterfly Foundation (Australia) provide confidential help and resources.
