Welcoming our Functional Strength Classes back to the schedule in Malvern
Led by our Physiotherapists, this is a challenging and upbeat class that focuses on functional strength & dynamic movement patterns through a clinical lens.
Exercises are meaningfully selected to improve strength, sharpen movement patterns, build lean muscle, improve core stability, increase your heart rate and increase your fitness - whilst targeting your whole body.
Expect hands on adjustments and biomechanical cueing to ensure correct technique.
