One of my big passions is helping kids to develop a positive relationship with food. So it really fills our happy bucket to see our food-function resources used in child care settings.

Let’s help our kids to understand WHY we should eat certain foods and not just ‘because it’s healthy’.

If it’s about nutrition, ask a (positive food relationship) dietitian!!!
