❗ Scone Road: Reopening Wednesday 17 December
👉 Repairs to the major landslip on Scone Road are nearing completion, with the road scheduled to reopen Wednesday 17 December, weather permitting. Reestablishing connection between Gloucester, the Barrington Tops National Park and the upper Hunter Valley.
Although the road will reopen, more work is required with the second phase of work likely to begin in early 2026, pending funding approval from the Federal Government. Additional updates will be provided prior to the next phase of works.
