Important Update:

Many of you are aware that our farm (our home) is for sale

And I have had lots of messages of support and concern about what’s happening with T W Co

The summary:

Nothings changing - yoga - massage - events & retreats are all still happening and the plan is to maintain those offerings.

What will change is where we live. Waz and I are ready for our next adventure, this is both exciting and of course a little scary.

One thing will never change, know matter where we live, you guys are important to me and I will still be here in the T W Co space to be of service.

I hope that provides as much certainty as I can give right now.

New beginnings are coming and we’d love you to be part of it 💝

I will share a reel in the next few days showcasing our beautiful farm and I’d love you to keep an eye out for it and share it please 🙏🏼

I love getting some pressure into a ball of pent up muscles and feeling it melt away….its addictive!

But there’s so many other ways that I find satisfaction in my work:

Meeting someone in their grief 😪

Being present and kind to someone experiencing loneliness 👐🏻

Seeing someone struggling with overwhelm or over stimulation and seeing the shift that happens in their body, mind and energy 🥰

Being a massage “therapist” isn’t all about chasing the deep muscle releases ⛓️‍💥
