Mirjam Bailey Yoga Offering Mindful Yoga in Margaret River. In-person classes led by a certified teacher with a focus on presence, breath, and gentle movement. All levels welcome

Welcome! I'm a certified yoga teacher based in Margaret River, Western Australia, offering in-person, weekly yoga classes with a focus on mindfulness, breath, and gentle movement. I recently completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with a focus on mindful, awareness-based practice. I also hold a 200hr Ashtanga Yoga certification (2016), which supports my understanding of alignment and structure—though my current teaching style is gentle, grounded, and inclusive, with no emphasis on performance. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect with your practice, my classes offer a welcoming space to slow down, move with intention, and breathe deeply.

🧘‍♀️ In-person classes held weekly in Margaret River.
✨ All levels welcome. Let’s practice together—with presence, curiosity, and compassion.

Hi everyone,

I’m Mirjam, a local yoga teacher based just outside of Margaret River, in Gnarabup.

I recently completed a Mindful Yoga Teacher Training and am offering in-person sessions here in the community.

In November, I’ll be running a small series called “Mindful Yoga by the Sea” — 4 Monday morning sessions held on my deck overlooking the ocean 🌊🧘‍♀️

The classes start at 9:30am and include an optional cuppa + connection time afterwards for anyone who wants to stay and chat.

This practice is slow, grounding, and supportive — perfect for people who are looking to take a pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the present moment in a natural setting.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced — just open to showing up as you are.

When: Mondays in November at 9:30am, 75 minutes
Where: My private deck in Gnarabup, overlooking the sea
Includes: Mindful movement, breath, stillness — and optional tea & community afterwards
Cost: $60 for the full 4-week series

I’m keeping the group small — so I’m prioritising full series bookings first. If there’s space left closer to the date, I’ll open up casual drop-in spots ($20 per session).

If this speaks to you or someone you know, book here:

Welcome to Mindful Yoga with Mirjam!

I first met yoga as a teenager, but it didn’t fully land until years later.

Over a decade ago, I deepened my journey by practicing Hatha yoga in India and later completing a 200-hour Ashtanga teacher training. At the time, the structure and intensity felt like the right path. I maintained a strong daily practice — until injury (and life) asked me to slow down.

Then came pregnancy, and the gift of two beautiful children. Motherhood changed everything. I found myself drawn to a slower, more intuitive way of moving, breathing, and being. Yoga became less about poses — and more about precious me-time and presence.

Last year, I returned to my mat with fresh eyes and an open heart. I joined a Mindful Yoga Teacher Training — not necessarily to teach, but to reconnect with myself.

And now, it feels like the right time to gently begin sharing.

🧘‍♀️ Not the yoga of striving or shapes.
🧘‍♀️ But the kind that honours your breath, your pace, your presence.
🧘‍♀️ The kind that leads you gently home to yourself.

✨ I’ll soon be offering a gentle, beginner-friendly Mindful Yoga mini-series — slow, grounding, and supportive in Margaret River, Western Australia. If you're curious, I’d love to practice with you.

Thank you for being here 🙏
