I know that’s a tough pill to swallow, but it’s true 🤷🏼‍♀️

Happiness is associated with the release of neurotransmitters like serotonin and endorphins, often referred to as “feel-good” chemicals

The more feel good chemicals you can release, the better for your health

Of course we can’t do this 24/7

but the more you can consciously choose joy, play, and hobbies, over allowing your not so good thoughts to determine the outcome of your experience... the better off you will be

because when you’re happier, you not only feel good, you also:
👉🏽 ENHANCE IMMUNE FUNCTION
👉🏽 REDUCE INFLAMMATION
👉🏽 EXPERIENCE LESS PAIN
👉🏽 MORE MOTIVATION
👉🏽 LONGEVITY

A happy gut starts with what you put on your plate - it is the one thing we have control over

We don’t always have control over external factors in our environment like heavy metals in our water, herbicides & pesticides on fruit/veg, polluted air etc

It all starts with what is in your control!
