We’re slowly moving away from ClassPass 🤎

Over the coming weeks, you’ll notice fewer classes available as we transition toward more direct, sustainable ways to practice together.

This decision comes from care 🤎 for our teachers, our community, and the long-term health of the studio.

Because our modern bodies need more than just stillness… they need safety.

This practice is about:
• calming the stress response
• gently regulating the nervous system
• using breath, awareness, and rest as tools you can take home

When the nervous system feels safe, the body knows how to heal, rest, and reset.

No forcing.
No fixing.
Just intelligent, compassionate practices for real life.

Suitable for all levels
Especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or just need a moment to yourself to end the day.

We can’t always change what’s happening around us but we can change how the body responds 🤎

3, 2, 1… go!!✨✨

It was almost impossible to choose just a few moments from this year, because every single one had so much meaning 😭❤️

This space became more than a studio. It became a place us to land. A place to come breathe. A practice that helped us move through life.. especially when life felt tricky.

We practiced together. We softened together. We challenged ourselves, we learned how to rest, and all of that not to prove anything, but to reconnect with ourselves.

For many of us, family isn’t nearby.. and somehow, through practice, presence, and showing up week after week, this community became one.

From 108 Sun Salutations marking the turning of the seasons, to Thursday mornings at the markets, to our outdoor community beach events, surfing, nature walks, birthdays, picnics, laughter, tears, movement, stillness.. on the mat and far beyond it.

Yoga as a way of living.
Community as a way of belonging.

Thank you to our amazing community. Thank you to our incredible teachers for holding space for us every week. Thank YOU! for being part of this year, this practice, this family 🤍

Surya Namaskar A | Sun Salutation A

Are you ready for our 108 ritual tomorrow?🌞
We’re so excited to welcome the Summer Solstice with you.

Here’s a short guide to help you move mindfully, keep your body safe, and your practice accessible.

1. Don’t crunch your neck when you look up in Urdhva Hastasana, keep it long.
2. Bend your knees in your forward folds protect your back.
3. Step back is a great idea, you don’t need to jump every time (or at all)
4. Knees on the ground for chaturanga as an option
5. Strong core and active legs as you move into your backbend of choice. Baby cobras are great.
6. Tuck your chin to your chest in the transition to your down dog. Keep neck happy.
7. Downward dog is not about straight legs! A little bend and prioritise long spine.
8. Big step, walk, jump to the front of the mat. Your choice.
9. Finish in a moment of stillness, resetting your breath in samasthiti at the top.
And start again 🌞

The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit word yuj >
to yoke, to join, to unite.

But unite to what?

To the body and the breath.
To sensation and stillness.
To the part of us that listens beneath the noise.

And also..
to each other 🤎

As this year gently closes, we practice not to achieve,
but to remember.

Two more weeks of moving, breathing, gathering.
