Week 3 of the challenge is ON! 🔥

The cold has definitely arrived but you guys are doing amazing!! Another week to move, breathe, and show up for yourself. On and off the mat.

This is your reminder that consistency isn’t about doing it all; it’s about showing up with what you’ve got.
Some days it’s strength. Some days it’s flow. Some days it’s full permission to rest. And it all counts.

We are turning on the heaters for some of our early mornings to help you shake off the cold and sink into the practice more easily. Come get warm with us.

This week also brings some magic:

It’s the number of beads on a mala, the number of Upanishads, the number representing the sun’s relationship to Earth, the number of marma points in the body, sacred temples in India — and the list goes on...

Through consistency, we begin to see real change.
That’s what this challenge is all about — showing up for yourself, even on the days it feels hard.

You don’t have to push your body beyond its limits. Maybe on some days, listening to your body means choosing a practice that brings balance — like yin, breathwork, or simply taking more child’s poses.

Because real transformation doesn’t happen in one big leap… it happens in the small, intentional moments we repeat again and again.

This challenge will help us build rhythm, accountability, and momentum — so we can move closer to the version of ourselves we’re working toward.

A little reminder our 6 Week Challenge kicks off Monday, June 2nd!
This is your sign to get ready.
Check the schedule, plan your week, and maybe… try something new!

Whether you’re a regular or just getting started, this is your moment to mix things up and commit to yourself in a bigger way.

The challenge is free for members (just register via the link in bio using promo code ‘winter flow’ or $239 for non-members — which gives you unlimited access to all classes for 6 weeks.

Here’s a breakdown of our class styles so you can start mapping your week:

FLOW – Our signature classes. Yoga, hot yoga, wall yoga. Movement, breath, strength, and stillness; all in one. This sessions guide you through a journey: energising sequences, deep stretches, profound presence and grounding moments of rest.

STRENGTH – Mat Pilates sessions designed to challenge and empower. These classes build stamina, stability, and connection to your inner fire. Energy is high in these ones!

REST – The classes that slow everything down. Breathwork + meditation, yin and restorative yoga. These are here to help you reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. We all need a little bit more of this ones in our lives.

It’s more than a split.
Hanumanasana is named after Hanuman, the monkey deity known for his strength, devotion, and courage.

In the ancient story, Hanuman made an impossible leap across the ocean; not for glory, but out of pure love and service. What’s powerful is that… he had forgotten his strength. He had to be reminded of it, and then he made the leap.

So when we come into this pose, we’re not just stretching our legs.
We’re honoring the leap.
We’re remembering that strength lives in us, even when we forget.
And sometimes, it just takes the right moment — or the right practice — to remind us.

A gentle nudge that the biggest lifts we take… are often the ones we take with faith.
