At Elements Chiropractic, we focus on reducing pain and stress and assisting you to live a more authentic life. We utilise low force chiropractic technique involving no crunching and cracking of your bones. We use gentle contacts on your spine and body to cue your brain and nervous system to identify areas of tension. We focus on reducing stress and tension within your nervous system and increasing your ability to focus on and respond to lifes challenges. About Dr Lyndall:

Dr Lyndall Sundberg graduated from New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2010. I began my journey with chiropractic as a teenager in South Australia when, I started seeing a Network chiropractor for wellness care. Fast forward to my early twenties, I started working there as a chiropractic assistant and it was then that I began to truly understand the chiropractic principles- that a body in balance and a nervous system free from interference allows the Innate Intelligence of the body to function at its highest potential. Over the next five years I continued to work for chiropractors both in Australia and in Northern Ireland and was inspired by the thousands of stories I heard and the remarkable results I witnessed from the people they served. In 2006 I decided it was time to take the next step and the following year moved to New Zealand to study at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. I graduated in December 2010 and took my first Chiropractic position serving the people of Kingaroy in rural Queensland. For three years I shared my knowledge and skills providing chiropractic care to all ages of the Kingaroy community before making the decision to move to the Mornington Peninsula in early 2014. Here at a beautiful practice so aptly named Evolve, I was able to expand my understanding of the body and enhance my skills as a chiropractor. I have been fortunate over the years to have been under the care of some amazing and inspirational Network practitioners both in Australia and in New Zealand. As a chiropractor I am passionate about providing safe, gentle and empowering chiropractic care and helping people to feel and be the best expression of themselves. About Dr Andrew:
Dr Andrew is a Network (NSA) trained Chiropractor – and is certified as proficient in Basic, intermediate and advanced Levels of the technique. Through completing 18 comprehensive training courses over the past 5 years, Andrew has been fortunate enough to fast-track his capabilities in offering this unique approach to Chiropractic. Andrew has been receiving Network Chiropractic care since 1999 – and was inspired by its approach and results to study Chiropractic after 10 years working in the Banking and Finance industry – Quite the career change! Andrew enjoys learning and passing on information in interesting and informative ways. He has a special interest in food and nutrition and enjoys running – particularly barefoot running! Andrew also enjoys spending time at home with his wife Kylie and little girl Evelyn!

WE HAVE MOVED! 🎉

We’ve been a bit quiet on here recently! We have been a little busy in the background with lots of changes over the past 12 months!

We’ve moved into a new premises over on Lavelle Street, Nerang. It has needed a bit of work to get it up and running, including knocking down a wall, but we are almost done now and it’s starting to look and feel like Elements 🙌🏻

And our MOST EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT is the arrival earth side of our 4th baby in April.
Little Florence Lace (Flossy) has blessed and completed our family and we are all so in love with her! 🎀
