Our 8-Week Connecting by Water Program is designed for women wanting a deeper, more consistent wellbeing experience through mindful engagement in and around the ocean.

🗓 Starts Wednesday 11 February
⏰ 6:15am – 7:15am
📍 Burleigh Heads
💲 $10 per session
☕ Coffee catch-up afterwards

You can join for one session, a few sessions, or all 8 weeks — completely flexible.

✨ What the sessions include:
• Mindfulness and grounding practices
• Sensory awareness and gentle movement
• Optional ocean-based activities (all optional)
• Group reflection and social connection in a safe, welcoming environment

Optional water activities may include gentle water immersion, floating, playing in the shore break, bodyboarding, or body surfing.
No prior ocean or surfing experience is required.

NRMA Insurance RISE Women’s Surf Session – Burleigh 🌊

We’re excited to be collaborating on a special NRMA Insurance RISE women’s surf session at Burleigh, delivered by Goddesses of the Ocean under Godfathers of the Ocean Surf School.

This free morning is all about connection, confidence, and celebrating women in the ocean — whether you’re new to surfing or looking to build on your skills in a supportive, women-only environment.

Attention Ladies! We have only ONE spot left for a FREE surfing lesson at Burleigh Heads tomorrow morning. This is a Ladies' Only Surf Lesson and is perfect for beginners.

To make it even more exciting, Channel 9's 'Postcards' TV show is filming parts of the lesson. So you might even get a chance to be on TV!

I am thrilled to share that my research on older women who surf and the impact on their wellbeing has been featured in The Australian Women’s Weekly. I feel incredibly grateful and humbled for the opportunity to contribute to shedding light on this topic and for the support we’ve received along the way. Seeing these women pursuing their passion with such dedication and zeal is truly inspiring.
