First time making miso from scratch!
Miso has so much health benefits and great to boost immunity!

With you can make different miso such as

Chickpea miso
Red beans miso
White miso
Red miso

The fermented rice she's using is biodynamic farmed rice.
Really nice aroma 👍🏻

Snacks made by was delicious! Never thought about using miso as spread on corn thins with avocado 😋

The desert she made, the miso caramel sauce is really on spot! Just the right balance of sweetness with the salt. Love the mint she put. Everything works well in harmony.

This newly opened Thai fusion vegan cafe in Ascot is really tasty👍🏻

It's my second visit and everytime, I'm amazed with their creation 🤯

My order today was

🍄Mushroom San Choi Bao🍄

This Chinese Lettuce wrap is basically vegetarian larb with deep fried tofu. The small cubes of deep fried tofu reminds me of Agendashi tofu except they are soaking up the spicy sweet sour sauce mingled with heaps of fresh vegetables from their own farm and the umami from the mushrooms🍄 Wrapping with crunchy lettuce. Dizzled with fresh lime. Such a refreshing dish for summer. Surprisingly you don't need the meat to have that full flavours and satisfaction. Just yummy 😋
I saw a lot of people ordering this dish! Must try! Tasted authentic because I could tasted the roasted rice flavour!

☕ Soy cappuccino was really full body taste. Just what I love 🤎

This was my last ordered and highly recommend!

Creamy miso cashew sauce with truffle oil 😋 My daughter really loved the deep fried Enoki mushroom and kale.

🍋 Mango lassi

It's made with house made coconut yoghurt! I love how cute the drink looks with the edible flowers and the paper straw!

I know the owner used to work in 5 stars hotels for years and you can tell from the quality of the food. So much details and nicely balanced taste. The amount of vegetables goodness you can get is really satisfying!

I tweeted by adding silken tofu into the glutinous rice flour instead of just water. More protein to make you feel fuller and nutritious.

Love the ginger sweet soup 😋

I couldn't achieved the fine paste consistent using my Hello Kitty coffee grinder and mortor and pastel. Might need to get a new coffee grinder.

Still tasted really good with the palm sugar.

All made from scratch so taste really clean💚

Lunch box prep on Sunday is my ritual!!

Since my personal trainer gave me a meal plan with chicken breast salad, I have been eating a lot chicken breast for lunch.

I didn't like chicken breast in the past but my friend gave me inspiration that chicken breasts can become tendor with bi carb soda and can be delicious with spices.

The following marinade is what I came up evolving from her recipe.

🔶1.2kg chicken (about 2 wks portion for me)

2 tsp turmeric powder
4 tsp sweet paprika powder
1 tbs bicarb soda
1 tbs curry powder
2 tbs fennel seeds
3 tbs shio Koji liquid
2 tbs cooking sake
Salt and pepper
