Happy peak week for my colleagues who are competing next weekend on the next show.

As much I love compete and to be on the stage, I won’t compete this time. I have a lot going on. And I have to prioritise jiu jitsu my new Martial Arts school business .

Also and most important I realised something that I always knew. I don’t know if I can do a prep alone anymore . I need a woman, a partner. All the successful bodybuilders have partners. Someone to support them and to be there for them in the glorious and hard moments.

Last year, I had someone that I loved so much by my side and I got the best shape of my life. Preparation protocol, diet, ergogenics, cardio… everything is extremely important. But there’s something equally important, the mind.
In my prep last year, I had someone that I loved by my side, supporting, giving love, doing cardio with me everyday and I had no mistakes in the prep. I was happy with the right might set and everything went well.

In my mast 2 preps this year. I had a hard time, injuries , I did not enjoyed the process and I was not happy at all.

I do want compete bodybuilding again next year. But I need to focus on my business and most important, I need to be in the right head space. And nobody understand it , but I know my self very well. And the only think what can makes me 100% happy, is a woman. Not any woman of course. The right one.

So let’s see what the destiny will bring for the next season. I will be back 100% again. And better and stronger than before.
