Empowering children through Yoga Wise Owl Kid's Yoga is a provider of quality children's yoga programmes.

We offer school holiday workshops, term programmes for schools and early learning centres, after school programmes and one on one private tuition. Wise Owl Kid's Yoga was founded by Jane Grace, a senior experienced classroom teacher and fully qualified children's yoga teacher. Wise Owl's mission is to gently guide, inspire and educate children and teens about their mental and physical health, so they develop self-belief and tools for life to thrive in a challenging world.
