Birch Care is growing, and we’re looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Gold Coast and Northside Brisbane.

If you are passionate about empowering people with disability and helping them live fulfilling, independent lives, we want to hear from you! 🌿

✨ Essential Requirements:
✔ Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services)
✔ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
✔ Valid Driver’s Licence with reliable, insured vehicle
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card/NDIS Clearance)
✔ National Police Check (within last 12 months)
✔ NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed
✔ Proof of Australian work rights
✔ COVID-19 Vaccination (as required)

We’re Looking For People Who Are:
- Compassionate, respectful, and reliable
- Excellent communicators and team players
- Able to work independently while following support plans
- Committed to person-centred care and making a difference every day
