While both fruit and vegetables contain an abundance of good stuff, such as fibre, antioxidants, and micronutrients, these nutrients can be lost when being cooked.
Thankfully, most fruit requires little to no effort to be enjoyed raw, which is believed to make this food group a superhero when it comes to improving our mental well-being when meeting 2 or more serves daily.
