And his Mum Mary, who also passed away a week ago.

It’s with deep sadness that we share the passing of our dear Jack.
Jack wasn’t just someone we supported — he became part of our Russell Healthcare family. His strength, humour, and kind heart touched every one of us who had the privilege of knowing and caring for him. He was the Gold Coast Joker and weekly Movie world visitor. His laugh would echo.

To our incredible team — thank you for the love, patience, and compassion you showed Jack every single day. The way you supported him through his most challenging times is something I will never forget. You gave him dignity, laughter, and genuine connection.

Jack’s memory will continue to live on through the stories, smiles, and care that surrounded him. Rest peacefully, Jack — you will be so deeply missed 💔

Our hearts are left completely empty. Please be patient with us while our company grieves the loss of someone so very important 🙏
