Day 10 of my 14 day reset. 🏋️
I’ve been consistently fitting in 3 postnatal workouts from our guide, walking and smoothies (my one handed lunch!) plus revisiting the mindset coaching from the beautiful that is part of the program too (she has a beautiful course on self love)
I’m feeling stronger, more energetic and a calmer human being ready to tackle the day with a preschooler and newborn in tow!
