How to create personal positive affirmations 💫
One of the greatest questions I have been asked is ‘how do I create a positive affirmation that is personal to me?’
1. Think of a limiting belief you currently hold.
‘I’m not deserving’, ‘I’m not good enough’…
2. Write this down. Read it, feel it.
How has this kept you small?
3. Now answer: this isn’t true because….
4. Write your new story.
‘I am always deserving of everything in my life’, I don’t need anyone else’s approval to be happy’
5. Turn this into a mantra.
‘I am always deserving of everything that is into my life and that will come into my life’, ‘I am and have always been enough, it’s my right to be happy and live a life I desire’ 💫
I set these as reminders in my phone that pop up throughout the day 😊 you can also write these on post it notes and put them on your mirror.
