It’s International Pilates Day, and it feels like the right moment to reflect on everything this practice has given me over the years. Not just a career, but meaningful relationships, and a body that feels stronger, more connected, and truly mine.
I can honestly say I feel better in my body now than I did in my early 20s. Not just physically, but in how I move, how I carry myself, and how I feel day to day.
And the best part is, it didn’t come from pushing harder. It came from staying consistent. Because something I’ve learnt is our bodies adapt to what we do every single day, and it gently shapes over time.
I’ve been moving this way for the past 8 years, and in many ways, my body has become proof that this method works.
I hope this can be your reminder and motivation to keep going on your Pilates journey, wherever you are. To show up as you are, not perfectly, but consistently.
