Special Adventurers Special Adventurers is not just another disability service, it is where the fun starts!

Ben and Thea support teenagers with special needs, to access adventures on the Gold Coast, during a two night camp. Throughout the experiential learning process, our campers are assisted to explore new places and engage in new activities in the South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales areas. We encourage life skills practice, local curiosity, problem solving, assuming responsibility and constructing meaning in the world around us. Our campers are supported intellectually, emotionally and socially to build self-confidence and create positive relationships. Ben and Thea are registered teachers whom work in special school settings.
