✈️ Flying into Sydney for Scans, medical appointments & results @ Westmead Hospital, 2 day trip ✈️
We had a really long & busy day yesterday, 3am to midnight! I was so tired 😴 and enjoyed the afternoon & evening so much in Sydney after the medical scans with cannula added contrast, blood works done & urine samples. Always so good to enjoy something to eat & drink after fasting for CT scans 🥗 lots of water to rehydrate & flush the contrast out 👍🏽
Whilst waiting for appointments I randomly booked the Sydney Opera House tour for Alan & myself, on the tour, we got to see Air Supply setting up in the music hall in the opera house & we loved it, I went to the box office after the tour had finished & there was 2 tickets available! I booked lol 😂 living our best lives, enjoying the moments 🎤🎶🎸 Time is precious 🕰️ 💕 we weren’t sure who they were, then realised an old band from 1975, ‘I’m all out of love’ was one of their hits, so enjoyed it! It kept me occupied all day, took away the worry & wasting my energy on anxiety of results, my energy went on enjoyment, my head space was on enjoying the day, I had an episode of side affects after lunch, took our time, recouped, and took it easy, did lots of walking 🚶♀️A good afternoon & spontaneous evening, making memories & having fun 🤩 love to you all 🙏🏽💕
