We would like to introduce ourselves as Kim & Andrew Sumner from Adept Care Services. Adept Care Services is a husband-and-wife disability support provider, combined we provide more than 30+ years of dedicated experience across disability, facilities management and service sectors. Among the many service providers, we believe Adept Care Services stands out for its exceptional NDIS support. With a strong commitment to personalized care and a comprehensive range of services. We aim to empower individuals with disabilities, enhance their quality of life, and promote independence. Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages Transitions and Supports. Assistance with Travel / Transport Arrangements. o additionally, we provide Garden Maintenance, Cleaning, Waste Removal, Handyman Services. Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities. Over the weekend, we enjoyed a beautiful Short-Term Accommodation (STA) experience at Mount Warning with a wonderful participant. The peaceful natural surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for a well-deserved break, filled with calming, person-centered activities. Each moment was thoughtfully tailored to support the participant’s individual needs, encouraging relaxation, connection, and a genuine sense of well-being. The slower pace and serene environment allowed for meaningful engagement and rest, making it a truly enriching and positive experience for everyone involved.

We are looking for passionate workers who want to make a difference in the way we support people on NDIS.

Our company tailors to people who have both psychosocial and physical disabilities and we enjoy assisting them with achieving their NDIS Goals!

What we are looking for support workers who:
* Has a current First Aid / CPR certificate.
* Has a current Driver’s License.
* Is flexible with their working hours.
* Is passionate about working in the mental health space.
* Wants to pursue opportunities for personal growth.
* Blue and yellow cards.
* Current Police Check.
* Car and car insurance
