Mental health can stop us from doing almost everything if we allow it.
It's fine to slow down, but don't ever stop! 🤩
When was the last time you changed your sheets?
It is one of the more annoying tasks, but it stops:
- beg bugs
- skin allergies & break-outs
- asthma & so much more! 🤧
Another reminder:
Depending on where you live in the world, you should also regularly clean your mattress every 3-6 months.
In hotter climates, it's best to clean your mattress every 2-4 months 🥵
How to clean a mattress:
- remove bedding & vaccum up all dirt build-up
- grab a wet cloth & spot clean areas that are needed
- baking soda!✨️ Sprinkle baking soda over the whole mattress, but also add a little extra on the damp parts! Leave for as long as possible; best left for a minimum of 1hr (repeat steps if necessary)
- vacuum to remove baking soda & continue your bedding routine! 🩷
Tip: it helps if you also have a spot clean wet & dry vacuum!
