3. Our products should be microwaved within their microwave plastic container. This protects your investment and keeps it clean & hygienic for multiple uses.
4. If used as a cold pack, our products can be left in their containers or put into a zip lock bag and stored in the freezer until required.
5. Make certain that you never overheat the products. For your best results, always follow the heating instructions sewn onto your heat pack. Every microwave unit is different. Heat in accordance to the size of your therapy pack and carefully test the heat of your wrap before applying it to any part of your body.
