6 week program ~ starting Tuesday 15 July ~ 5.30pm-7pm

From the comfort of your own home, this live online course is designed to give you insight and understanding into why we breathe, how we breathe, and how it can serve us in our busy day-to-day lives. Each week we will explore a different aspect of the breath, linked with guided pranayama practices to enhance your sense of wellbeing and help you to navigate the effects of stress.

Time for a cleanse

The start of a new year and feeling a little sluggish from all the excesses of the silly season! Had so much fun but now it’s time to cleanse my body and mind to allow for a fresh new feeling moving forward.

Green mung soup and ghee - wonderful for giving the digestion a rest, soothing on tummy and the soul. My body only tolerates this for a day every so often, and is my nutritional go-to for a quick refresh and restart 😊

✨ First Sound Bath Session for 2025 ✨

~ Wednesday 15 January ~

Come and be bathed in the magical sounds and healing vibrations from Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, chimes, voice, gong, rattles and other instruments used to help invoke a feeling of peace and calm.

During a sound bath it is like your body is being bathed or washed with sound vibrations of different frequencies which aids relaxation, deep rest and healing.

Sound baths are wonderful to enjoy for their calming and soothing effects on the nervous system and mind, and through this relaxation, the body has the capacity to rest and heal itself.

If you would like to take part in this event, please reply as "going" and send me a message so I can book your spot. As there is limited space available, please let me know as soon as possible.

Place: Won Wellness Clinic
83 Upton Street
Bundall Qld 4217
*Please use the side entrance on Upton Street to access the yoga studio

Time: 6.45-8.15pm
Doors open at 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start. Please plan to arrive early, as the doors will be locked by 7pm.

Cost: $25
Cash and credit card payments are accepted at the door.

What to bring:
Please wear comfortable clothing as there will be a little guided movement before lying down for the event. Yoga mats, cushions and eye pillows are available, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring anything else you need to be comfortable, including a blanket, extra cushioning, etc. Comfort is key.

Please bring some water, as it is important to stay hydrated to help cleanse the body during its healing processes. It is recommended to eat only a light meal before a sound bath and avoid alcohol prior to the event. Grounding snacks and herbal tea are provided after the sound bath.
