Noticing early changes isn’t about labelling or diagnosing.
It’s about pausing when something starts to feel more rigid, more stressful, or less flexible than it used to be.

When concerns are noticed early, support can be offered earlier too.

Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

PTSD can affect anyone. It’s not just about flashbacks; it can look like difficulty sleeping, irritability, feeling numb, avoiding reminders of past experiences, or struggling to feel safe even in everyday situations.

These are not signs of weakness. They’re signs of a nervous system that’s been through too much, too fast.
