They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

May we hold in our hearts the courage, loss, and love woven through generations.

This credential reflects her commitment to delivering evidence-based and compassionate care for people experiencing eating disorders, as well as their families and support networks.

PTSD Awareness Day – 27 June

PTSD can affect anyone. It’s not just about flashbacks; it can look like difficulty sleeping, irritability, feeling numb, avoiding reminders of past experiences, or struggling to feel safe even in everyday situations.

These are not signs of weakness. They’re signs of a nervous system that’s been through too much, too fast.

The good news is, recovery is possible.
Evidence-based treatments, such as EMDR, are available and may support recovery from trauma symptoms.

If you or someone you care about is struggling, know that help is available.

Update for Monday 10th March.

Gym is closed for today, fingers crossed the weather gives us a break and we will resume like normal tomorrow.

Psychology sessions have been changed from in person to telehealth for today. Telehealth sessions as usual for Tuesday to Friday, and hopefully in person sessions as usual Saturday.
