In an emergency, every second matters. Did you know that most smartphones have a built-in Medical ID feature that can be accessed even when your phone is locked?

By completing your Medical ID, you can provide first responders with critical information such as:
✔️ Medical conditions
✔️ Allergies
✔️ Medications
✔️ Blood type
✔️ Emergency contacts

iPhone:
Open the Health app ➜ Tap your profile picture ➜ Select Medical ID ➜ Tap Edit ➜ Make sure “Show When Locked” is turned on.

Android phones:
Go to Settings ➜ Safety & Emergency ➜ Medical Information ➜ Enter your details and enable emergency access.

First responders are trained to check for this information. Having it completed could truly save your life.

📣 New Option for Anaphylaxis Treatment in Australia! 🇦🇺

The Australian Resuscitation Council has acknowledged the approval of neffy®, a needle-free adrenaline nasal spray for the emergency treatment of anaphylaxis (ages 4+, 15kg+).

The Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy now refers to “adrenaline devices” in its action plans — recognising approved options beyond traditional auto-injectors.

⚠️ Always call 000 after giving adrenaline.

Happy New Year! 🎉

We’re excited to welcome 2026 with some great milestones already underway. This morning we delivered our first course of the year at our Helensvale venue.

You can find us at Helensvale, Southport and Burleigh Heads, with a brand-new Kingston venue opening this January. We also travel to corporate and business venues to deliver training for group bookings.

Happy New Year!

We have started off our year with Child protection training to an OHSC team on the Gold Coast at their venue. CHCPRT025 Identify and Report Young People at Risk delivered on behalf of Allens Training RTO 90909.

We have also delivered online training with a face to face practical assessment for First Aid and CPR participants at our venue in Helensvale.
