2024 has been an absolute c@nt of a year for me. One of the hardest years of my life.

2024 was the year I decided to give up the good to go for the great. I had to let go of the silver rung to go for the gold, and I'm in the part where I'm free-falling, wandering why I did it and if I've made the right choice.

In 2024, I didn't just eat a slice of humble pie, I've eaten the whole damn thing. 2023 I was traveling the world, NYC, Colombia, Vegas and a penthouse in Bali living the dream. Now I'm working 60 hours weeks and back living with parents trying to invest every cent into our startup.

2024 has pushed me to my absolute breaking point more than once. There were some points I didn't think I could go on, looking for an escape hatch.

2024 has also been one of the biggest years of growth. I've given birth to 2 businesses that I'm super proud of, learned so much and gotten in the best shape of my life.

We're not here to be comfortable, were here to grow, to find out who we are, what we are made of. To do that you need to put yourself in tough positions. You can't do it sitting on the couch watching Netflix.

Wishing everyone the best for 2025. Gotta keep showing up and putting in that work. If you've ever wanted to do something but been putting it off, 2025 is the year to do it.

It's not about the destination, but the person you become on the way. That is the real prize, and win or lose, no one can EVER take that away from you.

The path to fulfillment lies in less, not more. Modern-day living jacks up our dopamine receptors, meaning you always need more and more stimulation to feel the same thrill. The solution is to lower the bar for what makes you happy, not raise it. This can be done by dopamine fasting and taking things you take for granted away for a period. Bringing them back grows your gratitude for the small things.
