Hello, everyone! Erika here ~ Can you believe it? We're wrapping up another Month, and it's the last day of March! It feels like just yesterday that we welcomed the new year, and now the first quarter of 2025 is in the rearview mirror—time really does fly, doesn't it? March was a whirlwind for me, filled with excitement as I watched my granddaughter compete in her figure skating events. She is so good and gets better every single day! She is so dedicated and determined. All the feels when watching her! I also got to ride out Cyclone Alfred as it passed by the Gold Coast, captured some unforgettable video chats with my two granddaughters and I started to learn to skate at the bowl at the skate park, nervous and exciting at the same time.

On top of all that fun, I co-hosted a lovely hens' day filled with love, laughter and friendship. I've been a really worried about my sweet puppy, who has a real pesky rash. It's been challenging figuring out the cause of her discomfort. Poor little darling. Rashes can be so mind boggling. Naturally, this has caused a layer of worry to my busy days. Video shoots for our clients keeping me on my toes, I've been running on empty by the end of each day, but it's all so worth it! Every moment I get to experience fills me with joy, and I'm beyond grateful for it all.

So, how do I keep up with everything? It's all about love! That's what keeps me going and gives me strength.

As we say goodbye to March and welcome April, I find myself reflecting on the little things that help me navigate each day with positivity and resilience. I'd love to share 5 small but powerful reminders that have made a significant difference in my daily life:

You are loved deeply by someone, maybe even more than you realise!
You have incredible strength and can tackle any challenge—just take it one step at a time.
You've made it through even more challenging times before, and you'll get through whatever comes your way.
When negative thoughts pop up, think, stop and pivot to kindness and gratitude instead. Remember to be gentle with yourself!
And always keep in mind: you are beautiful, smart, loving, and you absolutely matter!

Happy Saturday! Erika here ~ I hope this message finds you amazing in both health and happiness. Over the past few days, I've been immersing myself in the philosophy of the Four Agreements, which are promises we make about how we wish to approach life. Are you familiar with them? I'm considering purchasing the hardcover book in the coming weeks to delve deeper into these principles. The Four Agreements are made up of:

1. Be impeccable with your word.
2. Do not take anything personally.
3. Do not make assumptions.
4. Always do your best.

These agreements serve as a guiding compass for our daily lives. In a recent written conversation last week, I was reminded of these when someone sent me a message that made me think about how they used their words and how I used my words back. This prompted me to focus this week on the first agreement: “Be impeccable with your word."

Being impeccable with your word means speaking with integrity and sincerity. It's about consciously avoiding the temptation to speak against yourself or others and never engaging in gossip about others. Instead, harness the transformative power of your words to spread truth and love. I wholeheartedly believe that "Words Have Power." They can either uplift or undermine, and the effects can resonate within us and throughout our lives, shaping our experiences in both the immediate and our future. So, we must tread carefully with the words we express to others and, equally important, the messages we give to ourselves.

The author highlights, "The power of words can be misused in harmful ways—we use words to curse, blame, instil guilt, and destroy." While we can certainly use words for positive impact, it's often too easy to slip into negative habits, which is why personal growth is an ongoing journey. I believe we can constantly strive to do better. Our words possess an enchanting magic, and as humans, we have the exciting gift of choice—will we use this power to spread love and kindness, or will we allow our words to inadvertently wound others? I know which path I wish to take. Will we either burden ourselves and others with sorrow, or will we use it to grow joy, love, happiness, and positivity? The choice is always ours.

I make it a point to be mindful of the words I let into my heart and carefully consider what I say before giving voice to my thoughts. When crafting a word or a sentence, I aim to frame it in a positive light. Although I sometimes fail and make poor word choices, I do remain aware of the impact my language has and learn from when I do this.

With this perspective, I encourage you to explore this further—there is a wealth of knowledge to uncover. If the Four Agreements resonates with you, perhaps consider purchasing the book. Good day and happy Saturday! Erika here ~ I hope you’ve had a beautiful week and having an even more beautiful weekend so far 😊

This week on my mind is; finding ourselves thinking a million thoughts in the morning, feeling totally overwhelmed on the day ahead sometimes, and that it can be challenging to figure out where to start! I believe, having a good morning routine can really help you get settled and organised for the day ahead.

I wanted to share a fun fact about me: One of the things I love to do is pull a card from my oracle card deck at the start of the day. I’ve got three different style packs that I’ve been using for nearly 30 years. It’s a nice, fun way to kick off the day with some inspiration. The card I pulled today I wanted to share will you ~ it’s called "Divine Guidance," and it totally fits what’s going on in my life right now 💫

This card is all about the gut feelings you have, the knowingness, the visions and that inner voice. They are all telling us something! We must have trust in these. It’s a reminder that we're all being guided and that those instincts are worth following. In the morning, I write down everything that’s on my mind and let my feelings guide me on what to do and how to prioritise. That way, when challenges come up, I feel the confidence and knowing that I have the answers within me. We all do! It gives me a solid sense that everything will work out and it always does.

I know some people might find all this a bit out there or woo woo, but it genuinely is just another thing that makes me happy, it's fun and helps me start my day on a good note. Good afternoon! Erika here ~ I trust that everyone in the path of Cyclone Alfred is staying calm and positive. Instead of using our energy towards concern, I encourage you to focus on believing that all is well and that we are safe, grateful, and happy (what you think about, you bring about).

I want to share something that’s really important: the idea of being your own biggest cheerleader. It’s so easy to pour our hearts into supporting our friends and family, lifting them up during their struggles and celebrating their achievements. But often, we overlook the need to do the same for ourselves.

Many of us are familiar with that inner critic that gets louder when we stumble or make mistakes. Instead of showing ourselves compassion, we can be extremely hard on ourselves, which only amplifies feelings of disappointment, sadness and anxiety. It's completely understandable, but I want to encourage you to shift that perspective as you look to the future. Actively acknowledge your strengths and positive qualities.

Consider taking a moment to reflect on your unique strengths and the qualities that make you who you are. It can be incredibly healing to write these things down. For example, if I were to write to myself, it might look like this: "I really appreciate the positive and uplifting energy I put out into the world. My commitment to spirituality, gratitude, and living harmoniously with the law of attraction inspires not only me, but those around me. I admire how I can spread joy and positivity through my content, and I realise this connection can truly make a difference in people's lives. Always believe in yourself, Erika! 🌞"

Remember, practicing this kind of self-affirmation is a beautiful way to grow self-love and resilience. We all deserve to treat ourselves with kindness and encouragement as we navigate life’s challenges together.

Good day! Welcome to another beautiful Thursday! Lately, I’ve been looking at the way we make decisions in our lives. It’s interesting how, quite often, we lean on our beliefs to help us navigate our choices. These beliefs, shaped by our experiences, upbringing, and the people around us, can sometimes be very useful. However, I realise there’s something even more powerful: the ability to listen to our inner knowing.

What I mean by that is that beliefs can sometimes feel restrictive. They can box us in and lead us to make choices that don’t truly align with who we are at our core. On the other hand, knowing is something much deeper—it’s an inherent sense of understanding that is fundamentally woven into our being. When we tap into this inner knowing, it empowers us in ways that beliefs often can’t.

What does this mean? Think about how beliefs can be like mental notes we’ve picked up from others—a message that someone else has put into our minds. In contrast, knowing is something that resonates so deeply because it is engrained in our very cells. It’s an absence of doubt. When we trust that inner knowing, we move through life more confidently and clearly.

Guilt is an emotion we all know too well; it can arise from the actions we've taken or even from things we didn’t realise we did. It often leaves us puzzled, questioning why we continue to feel this way many moons later.

Instead of getting stuck in a cycle of regret, let’s shift our focus to empowerment. It’s all about equipping ourselves to move forward, navigating through the muddy waters of guilt that can weigh us down. Recognising how past actions can cling to our minds and create unnecessary turmoil in our lives is key. By releasing this guilt and embracing self-forgiveness, you’re making a powerful commitment to yourself. You have the strength to break free from these anxious thoughts and step into a brighter future.

Guilt doesn’t serve a positive purpose; it drains our mental energy and can affect us more deeply than we often acknowledge. I’m super excited this week because I have friends visiting who I haven’t seen in many years! There’s something so heartwarming about reconnecting with these wonderful people I adore. Good day, Erika here! I hope you all had an awesome Friday.

Taking care of my health is one of my top priorities, and one of my guilty pleasures with this is treating myself to a session at the salt cave. Today, we visited the Salt Cave at the Crystal Factory - Formally Himalayan Salt Factory, and it is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere in the salt cave is incredibly relaxing and soothing for me. It gives me a meditative vibe, and I love the sensation of running my hands over the large Himalayan rocks, absorbing the salt into my skin, and taking deep, mindful breaths.

But it's not just a feel-good experience - salt therapy has amazing benefits for the body and mind. The negatively charged, ionised salt and trace minerals in the cave's atmosphere are believed to naturally draw out toxins, reduce inflammation, and improve respiratory conditions. And for the mind, the detoxifying effects of salt therapy can support the immune, nervous, and lymphatic systems, which makes my mind stay happy and positive that I'm looking after myself properly. Lastly but not least, salt therapy is an excellent way to improve the overall quality and appearance of our skin. It provides healing to the skins protective layer. I love this.

Each session in the salt cave lasts forty-five minutes, and the staff there are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Plus, they have a great selection of salt-based products available for purchase.
