Summer Glow Smoothie

🍓 Ingredients (serves 2)
1 cup coconut water (for natural hydration)
1 frozen banana
½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
½ cup mango or peach (fresh or frozen)
1 handful baby spinach
Juice of ½ lime
1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseed
A few fresh mint leaves
Optional: ½ cup ice or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
