The Active Mum We motivate and inspire busy mums who are looking to improve their health and fitness.

My goal is to inspire and motivate like-minded individuals to reach their health and wellness goals. With a focus on young families that are wanting to become more active, improve their health and earn extra income. I strive to learn the most about my clients to suit their individual needs. I help with diet and nutrition, motivation and inspiration and I stick with you every step of the way! I am looking to build an audience in our local area of the Gold Coast to commence boot camps, as well as one on one training and other group activities. I want all of our team to be successful and I can’t wait to meet you all and help you make 2015 YOUR year!!
