Endo Diary: Suprise!! πŸŽ‰ Woke to day 1 of periods. Silently hugging πŸ«‚ abdomen for comfort. Feeling like a Mack truck has driven right over your body & head 🚚 Period pain thats hard to manage, cramping & twisting, pain down legs, headache & fatigue.
Difficult for others to understand & feels uncomfortable for them to see you this way. So often suffer in silence & feel isolated. Still have to get up & do life.

Everyone's experience is different & every menstrual cycle can be different. Its not a 1 size fits all condition.

In the aftermath of Alfreds πŸŒ€ epic wind & continuous rain 🌧 His second best friend Mould is coming out to play with all the damp humidity.

Try this home made mould removing spray. The vinegar kills the spores & the borax destroys the genetics. I have found it super helpful.

- 500ml spray bottle
- 250ml (50%) white vinegar
- 250ml (50%) water
- 1/2 - 1/4 tsp (6 drops) dishwasher liquid
- 1tsp Borax
- 3-4 drops Eucalyptus oil

Remember to wear gloves when cleaning the moulded areas & a face mask 😷 Aim to get as much ventilation & sunlight coming into the area also.

My rekindled recent obsession is crocheting squares. ℂ𝕙𝕠𝕔𝕠𝕝𝕒π•₯𝕖 ℂ𝕠𝕒π•₯𝕖𝕕 β„™π•–π•’π•Ÿπ•¦π•₯ 𝔹𝕦π•₯π•₯𝕖𝕣 π•Šπ•₯𝕦𝕗𝕗𝕖𝕕 𝔻𝕒π•₯𝕖𝕀

For all my pregnant ladies preparing to give birth, who need to spice up eating plane fresh dates for birth preparation or for those looking for an after dinner treat. I highly recommend trying these delightful delightsπŸ˜‹ It was a hit with those I shared with....I may have eaten 1-2...5-6 as well πŸ˜…πŸ€£

π•€π•Ÿπ•˜π•£π•–π••π•šπ•–π•Ÿπ•₯𝕀:

⭐️ 15-16 large fresh medjool dates (Organic if possible)

⭐️ Approx 15-16 tsp of peanut butter (I used crunchy)

⭐️ Approx 160 grams dark chocolate (I used Pico Super dark, but you can use whatever you enjoy most)

⭐️ Pinch of salt (I used pink Himalayan salt)

𝕄𝕖π•₯𝕙𝕠𝕕:

1. Prepare a container or tray with baking paper (something that will fit into your freezer)

2. Using a knife. Cut length ways down to about halfway and remove the seed (cutting halfway down allows the peanut butter to sit inside)

3. Gently melt chocolate either on a double boiler or in the microwave. Remember, low and slow is better for melting chocolate. You don’t want to burn and go dry and lumpy.

4. While the chocolate is slowly melting. Add about a tsp of peanut butter to the middle of the dates.

5. Dip each peanut butter filled date in the melted chocolate. I used a spoon to take the date out of the chocolate and used the side of the bowl to dip the excess chocolate off. The place it on the lined tray.

6. Sprinkle a little salt on each date (don’t miss this step it takes it to the next level yum)

7. Pop in the freezer for about 10-15 mins until the chocolate has hardened.

8. Store in a container in the fridge. Pull out 10 minutes before you want to eat to let it come to room temperature.
