The improvement will be due to weight loss vs getting fitter at this stage 😆🤣
This year has been an experiment in weight loss, mostly successful…but is it sustainable?!?

At the end of 2019 I decided to loose some weight…straight into Covid but no problem. I kept the 10kgs off for 2 years then 2022 happened 😳 So started correcting it 2 months ago…time to renew that commitment for 2023 💪🏋️‍♀️
