Hey guys just an average 21 year old, smoke cigarettes and drink too much alcohol. Never cared about nutrition and fitness until now. I do play netball and started working out a few months back but no where near as much as i should. My main goal is not only to lose a bit of weight but just change my lifestyle to a healthier one. what up hoochies and homies! really keen to get fit and healthy, lose the gut and a couple of chins too...lol.... i play mens/mixed netball and absolutely love it. Been smoke free since December the 5th and feel amazing because of it. I would really appreciate any tips and motivation you have that could help me

Was strapped for time today but 5 different exercises, 10-12 reps back to back with minimum rest in between 3 sets and I'm off to get ready for work and take a quick selfie lol 💦 At the moment I use light weights and focus on technique and tensing the muscles I'm wanting to target. I'm usually at the gym alone so I'm a tad scared to for example bench press heavier than what I currently am comfortable with in case of me not being able to get the bar back on the to the rack 😅 but I'm definitely aiming to lift heavier and interested to see the changes it has on my body. So if anyone is ever keen to join me at the gym and be my spotting partner, hāere mai! I'm no pro, not at all, but I really enjoy it and it's the time I love to work on myself! I tend to find inspiration in some of the instagram pages I follow, which I will usually incorporate certain exercises they use and choose roughly 8 I like or are keen to try and superset them doing between 10-12 reps and 3 sets. Every day is different, I usually just work on parts of my body that's not too sore so I can really put in the effort. So since being on holidays and doing nothing but walking and eating/bulking 😋 I did full body workouts with a 10minute inclined walk to warm my body up and stretched before getting in to it for the first two days to wake my body up. Yesterday morning I did upper body using just the cable machine which I love, and in the afternoon my friend Ange Dobbie and I focused on our booty's and legs mixing it up with a bit of heavy machines and workout bands which I'm obsessed with too and today my chest! So with the eating and I are currently doing adding in protein shakes too I'm feeling pretty good, though my body is sore it's the good kind of sore!

Waaaht up!
So today I didn't stick to my egg plan that I have been doing the last few days. I have a good friend of mine Tinder Twins moving to Canada on Monday and we have been going to our favourite Thai restaurant and having catch ups for years now, so I thought today would be an exception. I chose to have Pad Thai as it was a healthier choice to what I would usually get from there. And for dinner I had subway.

I have prepared our meals for the weekend which is the same as the past few days but I have decided to add two extra meals.

1: dried fruit, nuts, Greek yogurt and coconut flakes.

2:chicken breast and broccoli.

THIS ISNT DIRECTED AT ANYONE IN PARTICULAR I JUST NEED TO SAY IT!

Every time I try something new wether it be a isagenix, Herbalife or even just a good old fashioned "diet" everyone feels they have to tell me what I "NEED" to be doing and what's "WRONG" with what ever I'm doing and compare it with what they are doing... I DONT REALLY GIVE A F**K! Seriously you name it I've tried it! I'm just trying to find what works for me!

And that's not why we made this page either! We arent here to rub what we do all over social media because its the "RIGHT" way, It's so people can follow our journey and see what's worked for us. We post the works on here! Wether I'm eating a pie or eating a salad this page is to help us stay accountable for what we are doing and eating!

On that note, these are today's meals!

Morning: 3 boiled eggs and green tea

Midday: 3 boiled eggs, an apple and a green tea

Late arvo: Cooked oats with dried cranberries and green tea

Evening: Apple and green tea

Good morning folks!

The body is a bit sore today after coming back from holiday and playing 2 games of netball lastnight. Needing a good stretch and roll out today!

I don't know how many times we have actually tried starting some sort of routine whether it be eating healthy to waking up early for walks etc but we've tried and now we are here, sharing this experience with you all to hold ourselves accountable so we actually stick to it and stay consistent with the goals we have set for ourselves and hopefully have some of you join this positive change too ☺️

For me, I'm not looking to lose weight as this is probably the first time I've felt confident in my body in a very long time. I still very much have insecurities but I have begun to love me for me with all the good and bad and even at 29 I am very much STILL going through life's lessons. So I am here, on this journey with and and interested to see the changes this has not only on my body but my mental health and lifestyle.

IF ITS TO BE, ITS UP TO ME!😉

With new goals, new commitments, a fresh attitude and today a new lifestyle begins!💯💯

For me to achieve all these goals and commitments change has to happen!
So please don't ask me to go out drinking 🍻🍺with you, offering me smokes 🚬🚬or inviting me to KFC 🐔🐔 because these are everyday things for me and i am trying to crush these habits.🚫🚫🚫 My social life will become minimal and my sport, health and fitness will again be my priority!🏐🏋🏽⛹🏽

I have really neglected my passion for netball over the last couple of years. this is when I noticed the major weight gain, when I took the next step in my career and bought a hair salon. I completely stopped netball for months and even pulled out of my Queensland team which was really hard for me but it was a sacrifice I had to do at the time. I have since been re selected into the Queensland suns squad for 2018 and this is where most of my goals and commitments are.

So on this journey I will be posting my work outs, my meals and any info that I may think is helpful for not only me but you as well!

We also have someone else coming along for the ride Renee! She will post up this evening and introduce herself!

Can't wait to get back on track and living a healthy lifestyle!

Getting my body into a ketosis state within the hour! Wow!!!
What I love most about this is my energy levels plus I've shed body fat 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 (16.4% last body scan 2 weeks ago. The best one I've ever had and with no change in diet.)
I've been training everyday and putting in 100% because I'm recovering so well.
If you want to lose body fat and/or increase energy too then this is a 'must try' for you!
What is really important to me is this is so easy to incorporate into my daily life and so affordable!

Went to the pub for dinner drank water 🤔 then ordered steak, steam veg and salad (no sauces 😰) was still yummy tho.

This bitch woke me up, dragged my ass out of bed and made me get ready for training! 😴😴 And as much as I hated it at the time I'm so happy she got me up to kick my ass again! About to finish off with a run along the beach! 🏃🏾🏃🏽‍♀️
