Love a good sweaty workout.
Procrastination and fear has stopped me getting back on the bike. It’s been so long and felt so good. I’ve got a long way to go to where I want to be but the important thing is to start. Once you start it’s easier to keep going.
Just start.
It doesn’t matter how far or how fast you go, it doesn’t matter how light or heavy you lift.
Just start.
Then keep going.
The rest will slowly fall into place.
