Our theme for the day was ‘Space Adventure’ and we had so much fun exploring the galaxy through movement, breath and imagination!

FREE Kids-Only Therapy Dog Yoga – This Monday in Coomera! 🐶🧘‍♀️

Hey amazing families!
Looking for something fun, calming and a little out of the ordinary for the kids this Monday (7th July)? We’ve got something pretty special lined up!

We’re running two playful, feel-good Therapy Dog Yoga sessions just for kids and yes, there will be adorable dogs involved 🐾

It’s completely FREE and a beautiful chance for your child to stretch, breathe, laugh and connect with our gentle therapy dogs.

We’re also filming and taking photos during the sessions to help us share the magic with others, so we’re looking for kids who are happy to be part of that (with parent consent, of course!).

Session Times:
🕑 2:00pm – 2:40pm
🕒 3:00pm – 3:40pm
📍 Location: Coomera
👧🧒 Ages: 7–11 (boys and girls)

Hello lovely families! Looking for something fun, unique and a little different to do with the kids this Monday (7th July)? We’ve got just the thing!

We’re running two super fun Kids only Therapy Dog Yoga classes 🐾

It’s FREE to join, but spots are very limited. Your child will also be part of a special video/photoshoot for our promotional material, so media consent is a must.

Time slots:
• 2:00pm – 2:40pm
• 3:00pm – 3:40pm

📍 Location: Coomera

For both boys and girls aged 7-11 years.

Our Kids Yoga class is back this Saturday morning (7:30–8:30am) at I Am Healing Gifts in Coomera and I can’t wait to see my little yogis again 💛

Each week we dive into a fun new theme (last week was 'Theme Park' and it was so much fun!) With yoga poses, breathing games, beautiful guided meditations (we use real instruments too), affirmations and mindful movement to help kids feel calm, strong and confident.

First class is just $10, and drop-off & pick-up is totally fine if you need that quiet coffee or Lake Walk 😉

Honestly, watching these kids grow in confidence each week is the best part of what I do. They leave standing a little taller and smiling a little bigger!

Kids Yoga this Saturday morning!

Our last class was extra special... we had a surprise visit from the lovely Bec and her two beautiful Therapy Dogs from Therapy Dogs Queensland 🐾💜 The kids absolutely loved it, from fun poses and new stretches to breathing, relaxation and positive affirmations, all while being surrounded by the calm, loving energy of our furry friends.
