"Hi! My name is Katie. I’ve been in the support industry for nearly four years, with a background in aged care, dementia, and supporting individuals with ASD, ADHD, and mental health challenges. After leaving a management role, I found my passion in helping others and making a positive impact each day. I’m especially interested in mental health and dementia care, and I value building meaningful connections through social support.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my three daughters, baking in the kitchen, going on holidays, and relaxing with a good crime or animal documentary."

Welcome Home, Eleanor! 💗

After an incredible 358 days in hospital, we are overjoyed to share that Eleanor is finally home! This milestone is the result of months of planning, dedication, and tireless advocacy by her care team and family. We were honoured to coordinate her safe discharge and continue providing ongoing, high-quality care tailored to her needs.

Her wonderful nursing team continues to care for her around the clock with so much heart and dedication. We’re so proud to be part of her journey.

She has been settling in beautifully over the past week and a half, just in time to celebrate her very first birthday on Monday, alongside her twin sister Florence! 🎂🎉

Hi Everyone,

We are currently hiring registered nurses for a participant in Park Ridge. This role involves direct care for an infant/toddler with high-intensity medical needs. Full hospital training and clinical handover will be provided prior to commencement.

Shifts available: Days, afternoons, overnights. 8-10 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver safe, effective nursing care tailored to the needs of the participant
- Provide age-appropriate care, including nappy and clothing changes, play-based engagement, and comfort strategies
- Monitor and assess clinical indicators (vital signs, skin integrity, respiratory status)
- Administer medications and feeds (e.g., TPT via pump, enteral meds) - training provided if not yet competent
- Complete high-quality documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate closely with support workers and KCS management
- Respond promptly to clinical concerns and follow escalation protocols
- Ensure ongoing compliance with AHPRA standards, CPD, and training requirements
