FUNDAMENTALS:

✅ Choose your own goals

✅ Quit, cut out & go without: salt, sugar, fat, processed & packet foods, chemicals (body & home), optional medications & anything else that is becoming a problem for you: tech, coffee etc.

✅ You may choose: fasting/intermittent, cleansing, juicing, heavy metal detox, parasite cleanse, raw or plant foods only…whatever you educate & prepare yourself for.

✅ I encourage: clean eating, loads of filtered & pref. fluoride free water , citrus 🍋‍🟩, mindfulness & meditation, journaling/reflection, self-regulation/self coaching, positive affirms, health & wellness rituals (sauna/spa,mag.bath/lymphatic drainage massage, nature bathing, grounding, creative art/craft,

✅ My part is HOST, GROUP SUPPORT & General knowledge obtained from 20 yrs as a Natural Therapist & Wellness Coach & health freak 😂 The platform encourages: non-judgemental, empowering and open communication and support to all members of the group.

Our HEALTHY HAMPERS were born from an original passion (established in 2004) with an all embodied focus on HEALTH, WELLNESS and the trilogy of MIND, BODY & SOUL.

Zenigma started out as a HOLISTIC Advanced Bodywork, Natural Therapies & Wellness Service on the Gold Coast as Founder Lyndsay recognised the need for alternative & ancient traditional support services that were not mainstream.
