With an emphasis on empowering mindset training, because it all begins and ends in the mind! This understanding has saved marriages and business relationships!

No, I’m kidding!

I mean, it could, but I don’t know that it actually has 😂

Many people say to me that understanding how their brain works in this extremely basic way, helps them really understand why it’s more challenging to be at their best when they’ve been triggered into disempowering emotions like frustration, anxiety, fear, self-doubt, overwhelm etc.

And more importantly, how to use the breath and other techniques that allow them to shift states and create more clarity.

Stress is not the devil.
When we recover well from stress, it’s how we grow stronger, wiser and more resilient.
Mastering the breath is a key strategy to help us manage and recover from stress - and it’s easier than you think! We just have to be mindful of, and disciplined to the behaviour.

Supplements are great - when we take the ones we need and they’re of high quality. are leading the way in prioritising potency, purity, rigorous testing and label accuracy.

I personally supplement magnesium everyday and there’s several supplements I take a few times per week.

Everybody’s needs are different and we recommend working with a health expert to support you in knowing what would be best for you.
However, Magnesium is one of those ‘foundational’ nutrients that plays a role in hundreds of cellular processes - energy production, nerve & muscle signalling & DNA replication. Research shows that many of us don’t get optimal amounts from diet alone, especially under stress or with modern lifestyles.

A strong why gives you direction, and direction gives you discipline.
It pulls you back to the habits, the processes, and the behaviours that keep you grounded when the pressure rises.

When you know your why, you can handle more, hold more, and stay composed longer.
You stop fighting pressure and start using it.
You stick to the processes that keep your nervous system steady, your emotions balanced, and your decisions clean.

After more than a decade working with Paralympic athletes, I learnt this: a strong purpose doesn’t just help you endure hardship, it propels you beyond it.

In the words of Viktor Frankl “He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how.”

Want better energy, mental clarity focus for the day ahead? 🙋🏼‍♂️
Your choices in the morning can either support this or deplete this.

One of the best things we can do is get at least 10 minutes of daylight (without sunglasses on) before 10am to help set our natural circadian rhythm and produce more serotonin (mood boosting hormone), which is later converted to melatonin (darkness/sleep hormone).

If you can’t get the daylight before getting into the office, prioritise a 10min walking phone call or walking meeting in the sun. You won’t regret it 👍

I was so bloody nervous that I grabbed the wrong hand 🤣🤣🤣
9 years ago as we headed into day 4 of the Inca Trail in Peru, overlooking I courageously asked ‘The One’ to marry me ❤️

Both of us didn’t even realise I grabbed the wrong 🖐️
She said yes 🙌🙏

9 years on and I couldn’t me more grateful for our relationship. I feel more connected than ever before and clearly understand that the challenges we’ve been through together are part of how we’re able to thrive together now 👊
